How it Works - Phase 1
Select and evaluate high-potential scalable brands that, after the analysis*, qualifies as a high potential, dynamic brand to roll out in the lucrative foreign market.
Our multi-stage evaluation process involves researching the brand's local market to understand its current drivers and systems, verifying target customer demographics and understanding point-of-sale data. Our management team relies on analytics to carefully assess the opportunity.
Once the Brand is selected, a small number of outlets (2-4) are opened in a selected region in the Destination Market to test the concept and “tweak” it for local taste and requirement.
The outlets are tested for 24 months, during which Feasibility Studies, Information Memorandi, and if necessary, a Prospectus is produced.
The raising of capital for the next phase is completed.
